CHECK-IN: Check-in time is after 1pm
on scheduled day of arrival (*).
CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is before
11am on scheduled day of departure (*).
KEY RETURN: Key must be left inside
unit next to sink upon departure.
MAX OCCUPANCY: Unit is designed to
accommodate up to 8 guests.
Additional room is available for
tents/trailers outside and may be
allowed with prior permission.
Please leave premises in same
condition as when you arrived. Clean
used Pots/Pans/Dinnerware and Sweep
Premises.
PETS: Do not leave pets locked/tied
inside camp or in the screen porch if
there is any risk of damage. PLEASE
CLEAN UP ALL ANIMAL WASTE.

Refund of any moneys paid for unit will
be made only if written notice of
cancellation is received 14 days prior
to arrival date or if unit is re-rented.
